Brazos River Pie & Railroad Publishing Company is looking for writers of gently humorous short stories and humorous rhymed poetry in the same genre.
- You retain ownership of your work.
- We charge you nothing.
- You receive a pro-rata portion of the writers' share of our profit.
- Limit your short stories to 4,000 words and your poems to three pages (except for really good work).
Acceptable stories are compiled into our ongoing bi-annual series of books,
Tales from the Checkerboard Cafe. Our staff artist creates customized artwork that will help tell your story.
